Delete your account

You can delete your Mini Z and Me account, and everything in it, at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every child profile you have added, and the whole Journey diary: entries, photos and voice notes. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days and cleared from backups within a further 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app or website

• Sign in to Mini Z and Me (the app or minizandme.com).
• Go to your Dashboard.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email us at hello@minizandme.com from the email address your account is registered to and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion for you.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, because Apple and Google manage that billing, not us. Cancel the subscription first in your phone's subscription settings (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on iPhone, or the Play Store's Payments and subscriptions menu on Android). Subscriptions started on our website end automatically when your account is deleted.
